Welcome to Whole You Wellness, where community support is the heart of everything we do.

Online Group Fitness Classes ​

It's official. As the founder and CEO of Whole You Wellness, I believe that achieving and maintaining a healthy lifestyle is possible. The goal of my online group fitness program is to help my clients build muscular strength and endurance guided by me, Mindy Arndt, Certified Health Coach, Personal Trainer, and Group Fitness Instructor. All fitness levels are welcome!

 

All group fitness classes include instructor-led strength workouts 5 days per week, as well as continued guidance and support throughout your membership. Safety is my top priority, so please note that you must complete the necessary forms before you begin. Click Here to learn more.
