Health Coaching Services

Health coaching is a personalized and dynamic process designed to support individuals in achieving their health and wellness goals. By working closely with clients, we help develop tailored strategies that align with their unique needs, preferences, and challenges. This collaborative approach addresses key areas such as nutrition, fitness, stress management, chronic disease prevention/management, and overall lifestyle improvements. Through guidance and encouragement, we empower clients to build sustainable habits and take proactive steps toward lasting well-being.

Services are offered in-person (Wausau, WI area), by phone, or online/virtually. Location is not a barrier to our services.

Fitness Services

All fitness coaching sessions are 1:1 and between 30-45 minutes in length by phone or online/virtual. In-person offerings are available based on location (Wausau, WI area only).

As a certified health coach and personal trainer, my goal is to understand your unique health needs and fitness goals.
